Dr. Ruben Amezquita, DC, JD, IDE, QME, is a licensed chiropractor with 24 years of experience providing chiropractic care to patients who have suffered injuries at work or as a result of auto accidents. He provides treatment to patients in Oakland, CA and the surrounding areas. Dr. Amezquita is also fluent in Spanish.
After earning his Bachelors degree at California State University, Fresno. Dr. Amezquita completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life Chiropractic College in the San Francisco Bay Area. Dr. Amezquita also has a Law Degree (J.D) from Northwestern California University School of Law. He is certified in industrial disability (IDE) and is a State of California appointed Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME). Dr. Amezquita also holds Advanced Certification in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of motor vehicular cervical acceleration/deceleration (CAD) trauma from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
Dr. Amezquita continues to research and employ the latest proven treatment options for chronic and acute pain and is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
